• <br />49 <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 330 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br />CHAPTER 12 OF THE ARDEN HILLS CITY CODE, <br />ARTICLE II, DIVISION I AND II <br />THE SURFACE USE OF THE WATERS OF LAKE JOHANNA, <br />On the 90' day of July, 2001, the Arden Hills City Council adopted an amendment <br />to Chapter 12 of the Arden Hills City Code, Article 11, Division I and 11, and by <br />affirmative votes pursuant to Minn. Stat. §412.191, Subd. 4, directed that a <br />summary of the Ordinance be published. <br />The amendments to Chapter 12 will become effective the day following <br />publication of the Ordinance Summary. <br />A copy of the Ordinance is available for inspection by any person during regular <br />business hours at the office of the City Administrator, 4364 Round Lake Road, Arden <br />Hills, Minnesota 55112. <br />ATTEST: <br />P.
