STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 298 <br /> An ordinance amending section V (E) of the Zoning Ordinance <br /> for the City of Arden Hills and adding section II (D) (127) <br /> and X (H) to the Zoning Ordinance relating to School Bus <br /> Terminals. <br /> The Arden Hills City Council hereby ordains that Section V <br /> (E) of the Zoning Ordinance for the City of Arden Hills is <br /> hereby amended, and Sections II (D) (127) and X (H) are <br /> hereby added to the Zoning Ordinance for the City of Arden <br /> Hills to read as follows: <br /> V (E) . Land Use Chart. The land use chart contained in <br /> Section V (E) is hereby amended to include the <br /> following designation. In all other respects the <br /> provisions of Section V (E) , including the <br />. introductory paragraph, shall remain the same. <br /> ZONING DISTRICTS <br /> ~ R=J.. R::2. R-3 ~ J2.=J. B-2 a::.1 B-4 <br /> School, Bus Terminal S - - - - - - <br /> II (D) (127) . Schools. Bus Terminal. School Bus Terminals <br /> shall be a building or space engaged primarily in the <br /> transportation and activities associated with the <br /> transportation of students. <br /> H. SCHOOL BUS TERMINAL. <br /> In addition to the requirements set forth in this <br /> Ordinance, school bus terminals are subject to the <br /> following requirements: <br /> . A school bus terminal site must be located <br /> within three hundred (300 ) feet of an <br /> existing general education school. <br />. <br />
