<br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> Ordinance Summary <br /> Ordinance No. 297 <br /> Chapter 18 Peddlers, Solicitors <br /> and Transient Merchants. <br /> On September 12, 1994 the Arden Hills City Council approved <br /> Ordinance No. 297 which amends Chapter 18 of the Arden Hills <br /> Municipal Code relating to Peddlers. The City Council by an <br /> affirmative vote of at least four Councilmembers, directed that a <br /> summary of Ordinance No. 297 be published in the City's official <br /> Newspaper and that a printed copy of Ordinance No. 297 be posted <br /> on the City'S bulletin board and otherwise be made available for <br /> inspection at the City offices during regular business hours. <br /> Ordinance No. 297 contains regulations relating to the <br />, registration, hours of operation, exemptions and definitions of <br /> peddlers, solicitors, or transient merchants who operate within <br /> the City of Arden Hills. <br /> Effective Date: Ordinance No. 297 shall become effective on the <br /> day following publication of the Ordinance or an approved <br /> Ordinance Summary. <br /> Adootion Date: Passed by the City Council <br /> Hills the /;{"1.. day of ~ 1994. <br /> Attest: <br /> ~~ <br /> Dorothy A.
