COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 289 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO RESIDENTIAL RECYCLING FEES. <br /> <br />The Arden Hills City Council hereby ordains that Article IV, <br />Sections 11-31 of the Arden Hills City Code is hereby amended to <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />IV. Residential Recycling Service Fee. <br /> <br />11-31. Imposition of Fee. Except as herein provided, a <br />residential recycling service fee is hereby imposed on the owners <br />of all residentially occupied property within the City. The owners <br />of multiple family dwellings and the owner of the manufactured home <br />park may be exempt from such fee upon furnishing proof, in a manner <br />satisfactory to the City Administrator, that such owners have <br />contracted for the collection of recyclable materials. Proof of <br />such alternate service shall be submitted no later than July 15, <br />1992, and shall indicate that a contract has been entered into for <br />the succeeding calendar year. The total number of residential <br />dwelling units less the total number of exempt residential dwelling <br />uni ts, shall hereinafter be referred to as the total number of <br />assessable residential dwelling units. <br /> <br />. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective on <br />July 29, 1992 . <br /> <br />Adoption Date.
