Winter Parking Regulations. <br /> (a) Between the hours of 1:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. from <br /> October 15th to April 15th; and <br /> Effective Date. This ordinance shall be effective the day <br /> following its publication. <br /> . Adoption Date.
