<br /> It STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 272 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 26, ARTICLE I, SECTION 26-3 <br /> OF THE ARDEN HILLS MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO <br /> WINTER PARKING REGULATIONS <br /> The City Council of the City of Arden Hills hereby ordains that <br /> Chapter 26, Article I, Section 26-3 of the Arden Hills Municipal <br /> Code shall be amended to read as follows: <br /> Section 26-3. Winter Parkinq Requlations. No person shall park <br /> any vehicle, except in compliance with the directions of a law <br /> enforcement officer or in compliance with regulatory parking signs <br /> placed by a law enforcement officer, on the improved portion of <br /> any street or highway in the City during the following time <br /> periods: <br /> (a) Between the hours of 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. from <br /> October 15th to April 15th; and <br /> . (b) During a period of time commencing immediately after the <br /> accumulation thereon of 2 inches or more of snow and <br /> continuing until snow removal or plowing has been <br /> completed. <br /> Effective Date. This ordinance shall be effective the day <br /> following its publication. <br /> Adoption Date.
