<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~ <br />~HILLS <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 06-02 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING DEPOSITORIES <br />AND CORPORATE AUTHORIZATION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that U.S. Bank St. Paul, N.A. shall be the official depository for all <br />funds of the City of Ardcn Hills for the calendar year 2006; and, <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Treasurer shall from time to time, ascertain <br />that adequate security as required by the laws of the State of Minnesota, is furnished by such <br />depository to protcct the City's deposited funds against financial loss; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that checks of this corporation drawn on U.S. Bank St. <br />Paul, N. A., hereinafter called the Bank, shall be signed by three ofthe following officers: <br /> <br />Beverly Aplikowski, Mayor; Gregg Larson, Mayor Pro Tern; <br />Michelle A. Wolfe, Administrator; Murtuza Siddiqui, Treasurer. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Administrator is authorized to use a signature <br />stamp at such time as it becomes necessary for Mayor Beverly Aplikowski or Murtuza Siddiqui, <br />Treasurer. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said bank is hereby authorized and directed to honor <br />and pay any checks so drawn as above set forth, whether or not such checks be payable to the order <br />of the foregoing persons either in this individual or official capacity or deposited to this individual <br />credit, and whether or not such signatures arc followed by the title or office of the person signing. <br /> <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS <br />9th DAY OF JANUARY, 2006. <br /> <br />c75~~' <br />B~verly Aplik ski, AYOR <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />f\\vl~ ~D~ <br /> <br />Michelle A.
