<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~ <br />~~LLS <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06-23 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING POLLING LOCATIONS FOR THE 2006 PRIMARY <br />AND GENERAL ELECTIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the State Primary Election is September 12, 2006, and the State General <br />Election .is November 7, 2006; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, J\finnesota Statutes 204B.16 requires the City Council, by ordinance or <br />resolution, to designate the polling places for the City for these elections. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes 204B.14 Subd,C. requires precinct boundaries be <br />reestablished within 60 days of redistricting, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Arden Hills City Council hereby <br />designates the follo'\vlng precincts and polling places: <br /> <br />Precinct No. 1- <br /> <br />Presbyterian Church of the Way <br />3883 N.
