<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />~ <br />~LLS <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 04-05 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FOR TRANSFER OF FUNDS BY TELEPHONIC INSTRUCTIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the U.S. Bank St. Paul, N. A. is the depository in which funds of the City of Arden <br />Hills may be deposited, and a corporate resolution with respect thereto is presently in effect authorizing the <br />deposit and withdrawal offunds; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills desires to add to and supplement said corporate resolution <br />with the following resolution: <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota, that anyone of the following persons: Michelle A. Wolfe, City Administrator; Murtuza <br />Siddiqui, Treasurer; Beverly Aplikowski, Mayor, is authorized, on behalf of this corporation, to give <br />instructions by telephone to the u.s. BANK ST PAUL, N. A., to transfer funds on deposit with the bank: <br /> <br />a. <br />b. <br /> <br />to other accounts of this corporation with the bank; or <br />to other accounts of this corporation with other banks. <br /> <br />2. The bank is authorized to act on such telephonic instructions received by it from anyone who <br />represents himself to be any of the above-named persons whether or not his voice resembles the <br />voice of such person. <br /> <br />3.
