<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03-04 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FOR TRANSFER OF FUNDS BY TELEPHONIC INSTRUCTIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the u.S. Bank St. Paul, N. A. is the depository in which funds of the City <br />of Arden Hills may be deposited, and a corporate resolution with respect thcrcto is presently in <br />effect authorizing the deposit and withdrawal of funds; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills desires to add to and supplement said corporate <br />resolution with the following resolution: <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council ofthe City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota, that anyone of the following persons: Joseph P. Lynch, City Administrator; <br />Terrance R. Post, Treasurer; Beverly Aplikowski, Mayor, is authorized, on behalf of this <br />corporation, to give instructions by telephone to the U.S. BANK ST PAUL, N. A., to transfer funds <br />on deposit with the bank: <br /> <br />a. to othcr accounts of this corporation with the bank; or <br />b. to other accounts of this corporation with othcr banks. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The bank is authorized to act on such telephonic instructions received by it from anyone <br />who represents himself to be any of the above-named persons whether or not his voice <br />resembles the voice of such person. <br /> <br />3. The bank is authorized in its sole discretion to refuse to honor telephone instructions and <br />to insist upon written instructions signed by anyone of the persons named in paragraph 1 <br />of this resolution. <br /> <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS <br />6th DAY OF JANUARY, 2003. <br /> <br />Bevtr~i'~' <br /> <br />
