75 Years <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2026-017 <br /> A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATION <br /> WHEREAS, Arden Hills ("City") is generally authorized to accept donations of real and <br /> personal property pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 465.03 for the benefit of its citizens. <br /> WHEREAS,the following entity has offered to contribute the cash amount set forth below <br /> to the City: <br /> Name of Donor Amount <br /> Arden Hills Foundation $250.00 <br /> WHEREAS, such donations have been contributed to support the August 12, 2026 Safety <br /> Camp in partnership with the City of Shoreview; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is appropriate to accept the donations offered. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA, THAT: <br /> 1. The donation described above is accepted and shall be used to support the costs <br /> associated with co-hosting the Safety Camp. <br /> 2.
