<br />::: .... <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 01-07 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION <br />APPROVING THE MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION <br />PROPOSAL (S.P. 6284-130) TO CONSTRUCT A NOISE WALL <br />ON THE EAST SIDE OF I-35W FROM <br />C.S.A.H. 96 NORTH TO RAILROAD OVERPASS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arden Hills has received a report from the <br />Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) related to the proposed 2001 construction of <br />a noise wall along the east side ofI-35W from C,S,A,H. 96 north to the railroad overpass; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the owners of the Arden Manor Mobile Home Park have indicated support for the <br />project and informed park residents of the proposed construction project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arden Hills has been advised of design options and <br />related cost implications; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arden Hills <br />requests the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) that: <br /> <br />I, The noise wall will be constructed with uncolored concrete posts and wooden planks. <br />Plank panels will have decorative trim design and offset between posts at no <br />additional cost to the City of Arden Hills, <br /> <br />2.
