<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-10 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A TIME LIMIT FOR ALL CITY MEETINGS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of Arden Hills wants to conduct all City meetings with efficiency <br />and effectiveness; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council wants to balance the City Council needs for public input with the need <br />for making decisions and moving ahead with projects, programs and services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council wants to extend the idea of conducting effective, efficient and <br />decisive meetings for all advisory, ad hoc and task force groups currently functioning, or those so <br />named in the future; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills that: <br /> <br />All City meetings that begin at 7:30 p.m., will end by 10:00 p.m., unless a motion is <br />made and seconded, and approved by majority present, to extend thc meeting for a certain <br />period oftime, or until a time certain. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF T <br />THIS 30th DAY OF APRIL, 2001. <br /> <br /> <br />/ <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />/"',^ ~>..- I <br />/ //1..'. ,.;., /, // ' ~. <br />:.'/.""<'-'>"<,/' ;( '''''t//./ /' <br />',' ~,{"',;'j,O,,.,", {.,rz.... ~-,_,,/ <br />JOSq'PH'P.
