<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.'" <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-24 <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A SCHEDULE OF FEES AND CHARGES <br />FOR VARIOUS SERVICES, LICENSES AND PERMITS <br />FOR THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council ofthe City of Arden Hills has adopted the Minnesota Basic Code as it <br />has been amended and supplemented to be its city code and that code permits the city to adopt by <br />ordinance a schedule of fees and charges for various services, licenses and permits: <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />All fees and charges in effect as of the date of the adoption of the city code for the <br />city shall remain in effect unless otherwise modified by the provisions of this <br />ordinance. All citations below are to various sections of the city code unless <br />otherwise indicated. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />The following are the fees and charges for the permits, licenses and services listed <br />below which are referenced to the section of the city code which authorizes their <br />establishment: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of this code, <br />pursuant to Subsection 120.03, for which another penalty is not specifically <br />provided shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not exceeding $700, <br />imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days, or both. In either case, the <br />costs of prosecution may be added. A separate offense shall be deemed <br />committed upon each day during which a violation occurs or continues. Any <br />person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of this code which is a <br />petty offense, defined by this code to be a petty misdemeanor, shall upon <br />conviction be subject to a fine not exceeding $200. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The first violation, pursuant to Subsection 350.11, within twenty,four <br />(24) months shall subject the licensee to the payment of an administrative <br />fine of $200. The second violation within twenty-four (24) months shall <br />subject the licensee to the payment of an administrative fine of $500. The <br />third violation within twenty-four (24) months shall subject the licensee, at <br />licensee's option, to the payment of an administrative fine of $ 1,000 or to a <br />minimum seven (7) business day suspension of the license. <br /> <br />1 <br />
