<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO, 00-14 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPLICATION FOR <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) FUNDS <br />FOR PARK IMPROVEMENTS AT ARDEN MANOR PARK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the owner of the Arden Manor Mobile Home Park has agreed to convey fee title of <br />approximately 3,61 acres to the City of Arden Hills in 1999 (the former "Park Easement"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills has undertaken approximately $167,213 in 1999 project <br />costs for this improvement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills has limited financial resources to pay for remaining project <br />scope items; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed improvements will create an improved living and environment in the <br />City of Arden Hills, as well as dramatically improving recreation opportunities for mobile home <br />park residents; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota that the City of Arden Hills supports the application for COSG funds from Ramsey <br />County for the completion of park improvements at the Arden Manor Mobile Home Park, <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 28'h DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2000, <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />
