<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00-15 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPLICATION FOR <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) FUNDS <br />FOR WATERMAIN EXTENSION ON OLD HIGHWAY TEN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there is only one remaining residential neighborhood not currently served by the <br />availability of City water for domestic and fire protection supply purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills utility has limited financial resources to pay for the <br />completion of this segment in full; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed improvements will create an improved living and public safety <br />environment in the City of Arden Hills, as well as infrastructure improvements; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Mimlesota that the City of Arden Hills supports the application for CDBG funds from Ramsey <br />County for the construction ofa watermain extension along Old Highway 10, <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 28th DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2000. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />CH, CITY 1\DMINISTRA TOR <br />
