<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00-19 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER TO <br />PREPARE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />ARDEN MANOR PARK IMPROVEMENTS AND <br />THE OLD HIGHWAY 10 WATERMAIN EXTENSION <br />PROJECTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City made improvements at Arden Manor Park in 1999, but funding limitations <br />did not allow for the completion of the project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City explored the Old Highway 10 Watermain Extension project, and <br />determined that the project was not feasible without another funding source; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has received Ramsey County HRA approval for Community Development <br />Block Grant (CDBG) funding tor these two (2) projects. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA, that the City Engineer (BRW) is hereby authorized to prepare <br />Plans and Specifications for Arden Manor Park Improvements and the Old Highway 10 <br />Watermain Extension Project. The City Engineer shall report to the Council with all convenient <br />speed advising the Council in a preliminary way the estimated cost of the improvement as <br />recommended. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS sth DAY OF MAY, 2000. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />
