<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00-22 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF <br />DESIGNATION OF AND RELOCATION OF ELECTION PRECINCT NO.4 <br />FOR THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Department of Defense (000:) has informed the City of Arden Hills that the <br />Army Reserve Center (ARC) is no longer available for use as an election precinct for the City's <br />2000 Primary and General Elections; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Primary Election is Tuesday, September 12,2000; and the General Election is <br />Tuesday, November 7, 2000; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills has contacted the North Heights Lutheran Church, 1700 <br />West Highway 96 for use of their facilities as a polling place, and Church officials have agreed <br />to the City's use of the facility for September 12, 2000 and November 7, 2000; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota that: <br /> <br />The North Heights Lutheran Church, 1700 West Highway 96, is hereby designated to <br />serve those residents residing within the boundaries of Precinct No.4 as a polling place, <br />replacing the former polling place located at the Army Reserve Center, 4655 North <br />Lexington, <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 30th DAY OF MAY, 2000. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />J <br /> <br /> <br />~. <br /> <br />., <br />" <br /> <br />--=rs'D ~t;:;J, i <br /> <br />"j <br />
