GENERAL ADMINISTRATION <br /> <br />o Upcoming Agendas <br /> <br />o City Administrator Update <br /> <br />o City Hall <br />I will be meeting with Peter Vesterholt and Jerry Filla on Thursday, August 8, 2002, <br />to discuss the current state ofthe contract and outstanding issues such as landscaping, <br />water damage, water proofing, and mechanical system. I will provide a <br />recommendation to the City Council on how to proceed wilh completion of the <br />contract and outstanding issues. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />TCAAP <br />The Mayor, the Director of Community Services, and I met with John Honk and Jeff <br />Knutson of Rehbein to discuss a fax that they sent 10 us. A copy is enclosed. The <br />outcome of that meeling was the Mayor would continue to contact the Army National <br />Guard 10 eslablish a meeting with General Andreotti to discuss TCAAP issues, I was <br />to contact staff in Washington, D.C., to see if Senator Dayton would arrange a <br />meeting with the City and the Army National Guard; Aaron was to contact Design <br />Center process and information, <br /> <br />o Personnel issues <br />As previously indicated, the personnel issue has to wait for a process 10 be completed. <br />I will advise as soon as practical. We did have another personnel situation which has <br />been reported to the Council under separate cover. <br /> <br />o National Night Out <br />There were eight Nalional Night QuI parties held on August 6, 2002.
