As you can see, we have given <br />Rochon until September I, 2002, to complete those items listed. We have given <br />Rochon until October I, 2002, to complete the waterproofing and repair the water <br />damage. If Rochon does not respond that they plan to complete those items by their <br />deadlines, the City will engage another contractor to complete that work and back <br />charge Rochon. As noted, the contractor has potentiillly three responses which could <br />include seeking arbitration/mediation. However, if they choose that option and do not <br />complete the work specified by the dates listed, the City will still go ahead to <br />complete the work so that we can wrap things up and that work will be subject to the <br />arbitration/mediation. <br /> <br />2.
