<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-2~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RESIGNATION AND <br />DECLARING THAT A VACANCY EXISTS AS <br />COUNC IL MEM8ER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Michael Christiansen advised the Council on <br />June 25, 1984 that he is movin9 out of the City of Arden Hills <br />and therefore resigning his position as Councilman, effective <br />August I, 1984, and <br />.. q <br /> <br />-' <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council accepts with deep regret the <br />resignation of Michael Christiansen, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that on August I, 1984, a <br />vacancy will exist on the Arden Hills Council and the person <br />appointed to fill the vacancy will serve until a successor is <br />elected and qualified at the Special Election to be held on <br />November 6, 1984. <br />, ~ <br /> <br />Passed by the Arden Hills Council this 9th day of July 1984. <br /> <br />~~-J~~~-1~Y"- <br />obert L.
