'. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br /> <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on <br /> <br />Monday, the 9th day of April, 1984, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Woodburn <br /> <br />and Council Members Hicks, Rauenhorst, Christiansen and <br /> <br />Mulcahy; and the following was absent: none. <br /> <br />Council Member Rauenhorst introduced and moved the <br /> <br />adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 84-13 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF <br />PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT 84-3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement <br /> <br />in the City of Arden Hills in that area described as follows: <br /> <br />The South 425 feet of the West 361.5 feet of the SW 1/4 <br />of the NW l/4; the South 595 feet of the East 300 feet <br />of the West 661.5 feet of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4; <br />that part of the South 844.8 feet of the SW 1/4 of the <br />NW 1/4 lying East of the West 661.5 feet thereof; all <br />in Section 22, Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota; excepting therefrom that part platted as <br />McClung First Addition and McClung Second Addition, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />by the installation of sanitary sewer, watermain, street and <br />necessary appurtenances, filed with the Council on~A;~1S <br />;,r~fC , is hereby declared to be signed by 100%~ <br />owners of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota <br /> <br />Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br />
