<br />. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br /> <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, <br /> <br />the 9th day of April, 1984, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Woodburn <br /> <br />and Council Members Hicks, Rauenhorst, Christiansen and <br /> <br />Mulcahy; and the following was absent: none. <br /> <br />Council Member Hicks introduced and moved the adoption <br /> <br />of the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 84-12 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF <br />PETITION Ai'lD ORDERING PREPARA'fION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT 84-2 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement <br /> <br />in the City of Arden Hills in that part of Government Lot 2, <br /> <br />Section 34, Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br /> <br />lying westerly of Snelling Avenue (Lametti Addition) by the <br /> <br />installation of sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />bituminous street, cul-de-sacs, concrete curb and gutter and <br />necessary appurtenances, filed with the Council on~<~ ~ <br />~~~~' , is hereby declared to be signed by 100% of <br />the owners of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota <br /> <br />Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br />
