<br />.... <br />/ <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />March 28, 1983 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br />held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, March 28, 1983, <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor WOodburn and <br /> <br />Councilmen Hicks, MCAllister, Mulcahy and Christiansen; and <br /> <br />the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />After a discussion of the views and comments of the <br /> <br />persons present at the public feasibility hearing of March 14, <br />1983, Councilman Mulcahy introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 83-22 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-83-2, OPTION 1, UNDER AND <br />PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS THEREFOR <br /> <br />Ie <br /> <br />BElT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes 1961, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a <br />public hearing on the proposed construction of Improvement <br />No. SS-83-2 consisting of the extension of sanitary sewer and <br />necessary appurtenances to all that property located in the <br />South 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 27, Township 30, <br />Range 23 (1315 Red Fox Road), as described in the Notice of <br />Hearing at a cost presently estimated at $24,000.00, and sub- <br />stantially in accordance with the preliminary report as to <br />the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of <br />the City Clerk Administrator; and having considered the views <br />of all interested persons and being fully advised in the <br />premises, the Council does hereby determine and order that <br />said improvement shall be constructed and financed, and <br />special assessments shall be levied therefor, pursuant to said <br />
