<br />Mn/Dot 2523 (8-78) <br /> <br />State Project "71 ,,_Q, (~1 ~12~) <br /> <br />Fed proj. <br /> <br />T..n:;~~ c;4?1 pq <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />No. 83-17 <br /> <br />At a meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> <br />llrNPn Hi 11 ~ <br /> <br />, held on the <br /> <br />14th day' of <br /> <br />March <br /> <br />, 19 R, , the fOllowing Resolution was offered by <br /> <br />Diame McAllister <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />; seconded by Robert Woodburn <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />Mavor <br /> <br />to wit: <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Commissioner of Transportation for the State of Minnesota has prepared: plans, <br /> <br />~~ .ecial provisions, and specificationa <br />ren\llllbered as Trunk Highway No. 51 <br /> <br />for the improvement of Trunk Highway No. 125 <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />, within the corporate limits of the City of <br /> <br />Arden Hills <br /> <br />, nOifrX~lie <br /> <br />at Jet. Ham1ine Avenue <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />and seeks the approval thereof: <br /> <br />NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said plans and special provisions for the improvement of said <br />Trunk Highway within said corporate limits of the City, be and hereby are approved including <br />the elevations and grades as shown and consent is hereby given to any and all changes in <br />grade occasioned by said construction.' <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City does hereby agree to require the parking of all vehicles, <br />if such parking is permitted within the corporate limits of said City, on said Trunk Highway, <br />to be parallel with the curb adjacent to the highway, and at least 20 feet from any crosswalks <br />on all public streets intersecting said trunk hi~ay. <br /> <br />Upon the call of the roll, the f~llowing council membere voted in favor of the Resolution: <br /> <br />Mayor Robert Woodburn, Counci lmen Diane McAllis ter and Thomas Mulc ahy <br /> <br />; <br /> <br />and, the following council members voted against the adoption of the Resolution: <br /> <br />Councilman Michael Christiansen <br /> <br />. <br />. <br /> <br />whereupon the mayor and/or the presiding officer declared the Resolution adopted. <br /> <br />~~~/-.~ <br /> <br />~r Robert L.
