<br />~ <br /> <br />".-e <br />-' <br /> <br />~'e <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />Extract o~ Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 31st day <br />of January, 1983, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Woodburn and <br /> <br />Councilmen Mulcahy, Christiansen, McAllister and Hicks; and <br /> <br />the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Hicks introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 83-9 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-83-2 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the <br /> <br />City of Arden Hills, by the extension of sanitary sewer, to <br /> <br />all that property located in the South 1/2 of the Northeast <br /> <br />1/4 of Section 27, Township 30, Range 23 (1315 Red Fox Road), <br /> <br />and to asse2S the benefitted property for all or a portion of <br /> <br />the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minn. Statutes Sees. <br /> <br />429.011 to 429.111 (Minn. Statutes 1961). <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> <br />THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to the City <br />Consulting Engineer for study and that he is instructed to <br />report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising <br />the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed <br />improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be <br />
