<br />< .. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />May 12, 1986 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, May 12, 1986 <br /> <br />commencing at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members of the Council were present: Mayor <br /> <br />Woodburn and Council members Sather, Peck, Hansen and Hicks. <br /> <br />Also in attendance were Clerk-Administrator McNiesh, <br /> <br />Deputy Clerk Zehm, Public Works Supervisor Raddatz, Treasurer <br />Lamb, Planner Miller and Engineer Christoffersen. <br />Mayor Woodburn read a petition, signed by approximately 15 <br />families, which opposed the walkway along the east side of <br />Hamline Avenue. City Engineer Christoffersen explained that the <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />included <br /> <br />walkway <br /> <br />alternate. <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />an <br /> <br />Accordingly, it could be included or deleted when the bid is <br /> <br />awarded. <br /> <br />Council member Sather then introduced and moved the <br /> <br />adoption of the following Resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 86-24 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. P-85-3 (HAMLINE AVENUE, PHASE II) <br />AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution duly adopted by the City <br /> <br />Council of the City on February 3, 1986 (Resolution No. 86-8), <br /> <br />the City Engineer was authorized and directed to prepare plans <br />
