<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RESOLUTION NO. 86-19 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />COMMENDING DAVE KOCH FOR HIS CONTRIBUTIONS <br />TO THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Dave Koch has served over twenty-one (21) <br />years as a fire fighter with the Lake Johanna Volunteer Fire <br /> <br />Department, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, He served ten (10) of those years as that <br /> <br />department's Fire Chief, guiding the department's growth and <br />services for the cities of Arden Hills, Shoreview and North <br /> <br />Oaks; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City <br /> <br />Council presents Dave Koch with this Certificate of Appreciation <br /> <br /> <br />for time and services provided to the city as a fire fighter <br /> <br /> <br />and as Fire Chief of the Lake Johanna Volunteer Fire <br /> <br />Department. <br /> <br />/ <br /> <br />Passed by the Arden Hills City Council this 14th <br />day of April, 1986. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~~~ <br />bert Woodburn <br />Mayor <br /> <br />0Ali/~ UJ;~~ <br /> <br />Charlotte McNiesh - <br />Clerk Administrator <br />
