<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RESOLUTION NO. 86-] <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />APPROVING CLASSIFICATION OF PARCELS OF <br />TAX FORFEITED LAND AS NON-CONSERVATION <br />LANDS AND AUTHORIZING THE SALE THEREOF <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of <br />Ramsey County by resolution dated December 23, 1985, <br />classified as non-conservation land, certain land lying <br />within the limits of the City of Arden Hills, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, A certified copy of the classification <br />resolution together with a list of the land classified <br />has been submitted for approval of the classification and <br />sale of the land classified in accordance with MSA, <br />Section 282.01, sub.l; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the <br />classification of Parcel Nos. 28-30-23-31,.0035 and <br />28-30-23-42-0006 shown on said list as non-conservation <br />land and the sale thereof be and hereby is approved; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Clerk Administrator <br />be and hereby is authorized to file a certified copy of <br />this resolution in the Office of the Land Commissioner. <br /> <br />Passed by the Arden Hills City Council this 3rd <br />day of February, 1986. <br /> <br />~~~ <br />Ro ert~ood urn <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~1{f;r<<~~~ <br />Clerk ml.nl.stra or <br />
