<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />Resolution No. 85-25 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONGRATULATING JOHN URAM <br />FOR ATTAINING THE RANK OF EAGLE SCOUT <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the rank of Eagle Scout is the highest <br />rank in scouting, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, attaining this rank requires earning <br />21 merit badges and successfully completing a service project, <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, John Uram planned, organized, and carried <br />out the building and placing of ten wood duck houses in the <br />Arden Hills open spaces, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, John Uram has attained the rank of Eagle <br />Scout, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Arden Hills is <br />proud of this achievement and desires to recognize and honor <br />John Uram; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Arden Hills <br />Council commends and congratulates John Uram for attaining <br />the high rank of Eagle Scout. <br /> <br />Passed by the Arden Hills City Council this 24th <br />day of June, 1985. <br /> <br />~~ <br />obert L.
