<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />R.solutlon No. 85-20 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY LAYOUT FOR THE IM- <br />PROVEMENT OF-HIGHWAY 694 FROM THE WEST BOUND <br />EXIT RAMP AT HAMLINE AVENUE TO FLORAL DRIVE <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />At e meeting of the City Councl I of the City of <br />Arden Hills, held on the 13th day of Mey, 1985, the following <br />Resolution was offered by Councl Imember Hicks, seconded by <br />Councllmember Hansen, to-wit: <br />WHEREAS, the Commissioner of the Department of <br />Transportation has prepared a preliminary' layout for the Improve- <br />ment of a part of Trunk Highway Number 393 renumbered as Trunk <br />Highway No. 694 within the corporate limits of the City of <br />Arden Hills, from west bound exit ramp at Hamllne Avanue to <br />Floral Drive; and seeks the approval thereof, end <br />WHEREAS, saId prelimInary layouts are on file In the <br />office of the Department of Trensportatlon, Saint Paul, Minnesota, <br />being marked, labeled, and Id.ntl~led as Layout No. I S.P.. <br />6285-96 (694-393) from west bound'exlt ramps et Hamllne Avenue <br />to Floral Drive. <br /> <br />NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said preliminary <br />leyouts for the Improvement of said Trunk Highway with the <br />corporate limits be and hereby ere epproved. <br />Upon the call of the roll the followIng Councllmembers <br />voted In favor of the Resolution: Woodburn, Hicks, Hansen, <br />Sather, Peck. <br />The following Councllmembers voted agaInst Its <br />adopt Ion; None, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />whereupon the Mayor declared the Resolution adopted. <br />Dated May 13, 1985. <br /> <br />al;. ~ <br />CharIQ~N@ <br />Clerk.Admlnlstrator <br /> <br />I(~~ <br /> <br />Robert L.
