TO ADD WATER METER VALVE <br />CHARG ES <br /> <br />problems <br />water is <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the City of Arden Hills has <br />with water meter couplings tending to <br />shut off. and <br /> <br />experienced <br />break when <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the problem can be avoided by the use <br />of a better quality water meter valve. and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. Ordinance No. 217 provides that fees <br />shall be established by resolution from time to time adopted <br />by the City Council. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the security <br />deposit for a water meter shall include the cost of the <br />water meter valves. The deposit for the water meter valves <br />shall be in the amount of one hundred twenty (120) percent <br />of the actual cost of such valves rounded to the nearest <br />five dollars ($5.00). <br /> <br />Passed by the Arden Hills City Council this 29th <br />day of Apri 1. 1985. <br /> <br />pf~~ <br />Robert L.
