<br />J ~ <br /> <br />~ J'f~J'J- <br /> <br />- . <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />HELD: MARCH 25. 1985 <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a r.e"ular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in <br />said City on the 25th dar of March, 1985, at 7:30 P,M. for the <br />purpose of opening, cons~dering bids for, and awarding the sale <br />of $2,515,000 General obligation Improvement Bonds of 1985 of <br />the City, <br /> <br />The following members were present: McKrM- Robert <br />Woodburn Councilpersons Nancy Hansen, Dale Hicks, Gary Peck and <br />Thomas Sather. <br />and the following were absent: ~ne- <br /> <br />The Clerk presented affidavits showing publication of <br />notice of call for bids on $2,515,000 General Obligation <br />Improvement Bonds of 1985 of the City, for Which bids were to <br />be received at this meeting, in accordance with the resolution <br />adopted by the City Council on February 25, 1985. The <br />affidavits were examined, found to comply with the provisions <br />of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 475, and were approved and <br />ordered placed on file. <br /> <br />The COuncil proceeded to receive and open bids for <br />the sale of the Bonds, The following bids were received: <br /> <br />Interest Rate <br /> <br />Net Interest Cost <br /> <br />Bidder <br /> <br />SEE NEXT PAGE <br /> <br />. <br />
