<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />Resolution No. 85-1 <br /> <br />DESIGNATION OF DEPOSITORIES AND CORPORATE <br />AUTHORIZATION RESOLUTION <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />THIS IS TO CERTIFY: That at a meeting of the Cfty Council of <br />Arden Hills duly called and held January 2. 1985. the following resolution <br />was adopted: <br /> <br />RESOLVED. that the Norwest Bank St. Paul. N.A. and the Rosevflle <br />State Bank shall be the official depositorfes for all funds of the Cfty . <br />of Arden Hills for the calendar year 1985; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Cfty Treasurer shall. from time <br />to time. ascertain that adequate security, as required by the laws of the <br />State of Mfnnesota. is furnished by such depositories to protect the City's <br />deposited funds against ffnancial loss; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that checks of this corporation drawn <br />on N rwest Bank St. Paul. N.A. and the Roseville State Bank. hereinafter <br />call d the Bank. shall be signed by three of the followfng officers: <br /> <br />Robert L. Woodburn or Dale Hicks <br />Mayor Acting Mayor <br />Charlotte McNfesh or Dorothy Zehm <br />Clerk Administrator Deputy Clerk <br />Donald R. Lamb or Garv M. Peck <br />Treasurer Actfng Treasurer <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk Administrator, Charlotte <br />McNi sh, is authorized to use a sfgnature stamp at such time that it becomes <br />lega and/or necessary for Robert L. Woodburn. Mayor, or Donald Lamb. Treasurer. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the safd Banks are hereby authorized <br />and irected to honor and pay any checks so drawn as above set forth. whether <br />or n t such checks be payable to the order of one of the foregoing persons <br />eith r in his fndividual or official capacity or deposited to his indivfdual <br />cred.t. and whether or not such signatures are followed by the title or <br />offi e of the person signing. <br /> <br />Passed by the City Councfl of Arden Hills.
