<br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-25 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVING HAZELNUT PARK BIKE PATH <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has given his oral report to the City <br />Council with respect to the proposed paving improvement to Hazelnut Park <br />Bike Path between GlenPaul and Stowe Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer reported that the proposed improvement was <br />feasible and desirable and further reported on the proposed costs of said <br />improvement thereof. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED bv the Arden Hills City Council as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. That it is advisable, feasible, and expedient that the City of Arden <br />Hills improve Hazelnut Park Bike Path by aspha1ting, and it is hereby <br />ordered that said improvement be made. <br /> <br />2.
