<br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-22 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FOR INSTALLATION OF TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL <br />AT HAMLINE AVENUE AND TH 96 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Arden Hills enter into an agreement with <br />the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following <br />purposes, to wit: <br /> <br />To install a new traffic control signal with street lights and signing <br />on Trunk Highway No. 96 at Hamline Avenue - Arsenal Entrance in <br />accordance with the terms and conditions set forth and contained in <br />Agreement No. 65955, a copy of which was before the Arden Hills City <br />Council. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Administrator be and hereby <br />are authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby assume for and on <br />behalf of the City all of the contractual obligations contained therein. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Arden Hills City Council this 8th day of May, 1989. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />Cl~" ","," <br /> <br /> <br />By W <br />Thom s R. sa~ <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Gar~e~ger~Administrator <br /> <br />. <br />
