<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-21 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FEASIBILITY REPORT AND SETTING PUBLIC <br />HEARING FOR STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS TO SERVE 1680 OAK AVENUE <br />AND ADJACENT AREAS (ST-89-2) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Arden Hills City Council adopted <br />April 10, 1989, a feasibility report has been prepared by the City <br />Engineer with reference to the proposed storm sewer installation for 1680 <br />Oak Avenue and adjacent areas, and this report was received by the City <br />Council on April 24, 1989. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Arden Hills City Council as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the report of said City Engineer be and is hereby received <br />and accepted. <br /> <br />2. That a public hearing on said improvement be held on Monday, May <br />8, 1989, at 7:30 P.M. at the City Hall, 1450 W.
