<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-02 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING MAYOR TO FILL UNEXPIRED TERM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a vacancy as Mayor exists on the Arden Hills City Council; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council desires to fill the vacancy of Mayor for the <br />unexpired term; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council hereby appoints <br />Thomas R.
