<br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 88-1 <br /> <br />DESIGNATION OF DEPOSITORIES AND CORPORATION <br />AUTHORIZATION RESOLUTION <br /> <br />THIS IS TO CERTIFY: That at a meeting of the City <br />Council of Arden Hills duly called and held January 4, 1988, the <br />following resolution was adopted: <br /> <br />RESOLVED, that the Norwest Bank St. Paul, N.A. and the <br />Roseville Bank shall be the official depositories for all funds <br />of the City of Arden Hills for the calendar year 1988; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Treasurer shall, <br />from time to time, ascertain that adequate security as required <br />by the laws of the State of Minnesota, is furnished by such <br />depositories to protect the City's deposited funds against <br />financial loss, and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that checks of this corporation <br />drawn on Norwest Bank, St. Paul, N.A. and the Roseville Bank, <br />hereinafter called the Bank, shall be signed by three of the <br />following officers: <br /> <br />Robert L. Woodburn <br />Mayor <br /> <br />or Nancy K. Hansen <br />Acting Mayor <br /> <br />Patricia J. Morrison or <br />Clerk Administrator <br /> <br />Catherine J. Iago <br />Deputy Clerk <br /> <br />Frank C. Green <br />Treasurer <br /> <br />or Gary Peck <br />Deputy Treasurer <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk Administrator, <br />Patricia J. Morrison, is authorized to use a signature stamp at <br />such time as it becomes legal and/or necessary for Robert L. <br />Woodburn, Mayor, or Frank C. Green, Treasurer. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the said Banks are hereby <br />authorized and directed to honor and pay any checks so drawn as <br />above set forth, whether or not such checks be payable to the <br />order of one of the foregoing persons either in his individual <br />or official capacity or deposited to his individual credit, and <br />whether or not such signatures are followed by the title or <br />office of the person signing. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Passed by the City Council of Arden Hills, Minnesota, <br />this 4th day of January, 1988. <br /> <br />,./} , <br />P( trk'2l:-h~/~^/;:e'~;<:'H' / <br />Robert L.
