<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87-21 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO FORFEITED LAND AND <br />LAND CLASSIFICATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Ramsey County, by <br />resolution dated April 6, 1987, classified as non-conservation land, certain <br />land lying within the limits of the City of Arden Hills, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a copy of the classification resolution, together with a list <br />of the land classified, has been submitted for approval of the classification <br />and sale of the land classified in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Section <br />282.01, Sub. 1; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the classification of the land <br />shown on said list as non-conservation land (being Briarknoll Plat Two, subject <br />to easements, Outlot A: PIN 22-30-23-32-0073 (25-13100-010-05), and the sale <br />thereof be and hereby is approved; and, <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk Administrator be and hereby is <br />authorized to file a certified copy of this Resolution No. 87-22 in the office <br />of the Land Commissioner. <br /> <br />Approved by the Arden Hills City Council this 27th day of April, 1987. <br /> <br /> <br />If' Pk-;.l/';7?./~-dh~ yX-/ <br /> <br />Robert L.
