<br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />Resolution No. 87-18 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONGRATULATING JOSH KLICK <br />FOR ATTAINING THE RANK OF EAGLE SCOUT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the rank of Eagle Scout is the highest <br />rank in Scouting, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br />twenty-one (21) merit <br />service project, and <br /> <br />attaining <br />badges and <br /> <br />this rank requires earning <br />successfully completing a <br /> <br />Scout, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Josh Klick has attained the rank of Eagle <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Arden Hills is <br />proud of this achievement and desires to recognize and honor <br />Josh Klick; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Arden <br />Hills Council commends and congratulates Josh Klick for <br />attaining the high rank of Eagle Scout. <br /> <br />Passed by the Arden Hills City Council this 30th <br />day of March. 1987. <br /> <br />f(;/~~/ ??-z-~<-z-~v <br />. <br /> <br />Robert L.
