<br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87-16 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS <br />P-86-28 GLENHILL ROAD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Resolution of the City Council, adopted the 9th <br />day of February, 1987, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed <br />improvement of G1enhill Road, between the west line of Hamline Avenue and <br />the east line of Snelling Avenue, by storm sewer, street reconstruction <br />and concrete curb and gutter: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published <br />notice of the hearing were given, and the hearing was held thereon on the <br />9th day of March, 1987, at which time all persons desiring to be heard <br />were given an opportunity to be heard thereon; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the <br />Council Resolution adopted March 9, 1987: <br /> <br />2. Rosevil1e's Consulting Engineers, <br />Short-E11iott-Hendrickson, are hereby designated as the engineers for this <br />improvement.
