<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF JWtSEY <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87-15 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR SS-83-6 AND W-86-2 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the <br />improvement known as SS-83-6 and W-86-2, being sanitary sewer and <br />watermain extension south of Round Lake, in the Village of Arden Hills, <br />bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the <br />following bids were received complying with the advertisement: <br /> <br />F. M. Frattalone Excavating.............$564,428.02 <br />Austin P. Keller Company.................586,847.50 <br />Lametti & Sons, Inc......................587,OOO.OO <br />Northdale Construction Company...........597,765.65 <br />Barbarosa and Sons, Inc..................660,092.00 <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that F. K. Frattalone Excavating, of St. <br />Paul, MN, is the lowest responsible bidder; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of <br />Arden Hills, MN: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed <br />to enter into the attached contract with F. K. Frattalone of St. Paul, MN, <br />in the name of the Village of Arden Hills, for the sanitary sewer and <br />watermain extension, south of Round Lake, according to the plans and <br />, specifications therefore approved by the Village Council and on file in <br />the office of the Clerk Administrator. <br /> <br />2. The Clerk Administrator is hereby authorized and <br />directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their <br />bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next <br />lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed. <br /> <br />Karch, 1987. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Arden Hills City Council this 9th day of <br /> <br />/;r;;-tfI~~~~ <br /> <br />Robert L.
