<br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />Resolution No. 87-11 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF <br />ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED <br />SAN I T ARY SEWER I MPROVEMENTS NOS. 12 AND 13 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consol idated <br />San i tary Sewer I mprovements Nos. 12 and 13 as adopted on <br />September 28, 1970, was fi led and certi fied to the County <br />Aud i tor of Ramsey County on October 28, 1970, for the purpose <br />of including installments thereof to be collected along with <br />real estate taxes commencing in 1971; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a hearing on supp lemental assessments and <br />reassessments in respect to Consol idated Sanitary Sewer <br />Improvements Nos. 12 and 13 was held on November 30, 1970, at <br />wh i ch time assessments for Conso I i dated San i tary Sewer Improvements <br />Nos. 12 and 13 were amended as provided by said resolution of said <br />date, to be certified and filed in the office of the County Auditor <br />of Ramsey County, on December 30,1970; and <br /> <br />.
