<br />........... ... <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-07 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING 1996 COMPENSATION PLAN FOR CITY EMPLOYEES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Local Government Pay Equity Act, M.S. 471.991-471.999 and Minnesota <br />Rules, Chapter 3920 requires the City of Arden Hills to be in compliance with <br />these regulations; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a study regarding job evaluation and market value was completed in 1994; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, as a result of this study, the City of Arden Hills submitted its Pay Equity <br />Implementation Report and was found in compliance in 1995; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills has studied the current employee compensation practices <br />and determined that the pay plan should be adjusted for 1996; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the compensation plan meets the budgeted amount for 1996; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has also reviewed the monthly health insurance benefits. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills <br />that the attached Compensation Plan and an in increase in monthly insurance benefits to $300 be <br />effective retroactive to January 1, 1996. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 29TH DAY OF April, ]996. <br /> <br /> <br />DE <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />BRlA <br /> <br />,CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />
