<br />objectives was to have the staff engineers review work requests and determine whether or not the work could be done in-house or if we
<br />needed to assign the work to our consulting engineers. The 2008 PMP project offers an excellent opportunity to make use of the in-house
<br />resources available to us, providing a cost savings for the project.
