<br /> ~ <br /> ~,HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 07-21 <br />A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE 2007 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT <br />PROGRAM FEASIBILITY REPORT AND ORllERING PUBLIC HEARING FOR <br /> IMPROVEMENT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted November 27,2006, a <br />report has been prepared by the City Engincer with refercnce to the improvement oCthe <br />f()llowing streets: Katie Lane, Katie Court, Brighton Way, Chatham A venue from County <br />Road E2 to Chatham Court, Lametti Lane, Lametti Circle, Connelly A venue, Pine Trec <br />Drive, Harriet A venue, Briarknoll Circle, Briarknoll Dri vc, Dawn Circle East Royal <br />Lane, and Karth Lake Circle, and this report was receivcd by the Council on January 8, <br />2007,and <br />WHEREAS, the report provides infomwtion regarding whether the proposed <br />project is necessary, cost effective, and feasiblc, <br />NO\\' THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TilE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br />}, The council will considcr the improvemcnt of such streets in accordalll;e with the <br />report and the assessmcnt of abutting property t()r all or a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of <br />the improvement of$743,709. <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 29th day of <br />January, 2007, in the council chambers of the city hall at 7:00 p,m. and the City <br />Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as <br />required by law, <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 8th DAY OF JANUARY, 2007. <br />
