<br />~ <br />~HlLLS <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />May 14, 2007 <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM Work Session <br /> <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br /> <br />FROM: Michelle Wolfe, City Administrator <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Highways IO and 96 Improvement Project <br /> <br />On Monday, May 14, following the regular meeting, we will have a Work Session discussion <br />regarding the proposed Highway 10 and Highway 96 improvement project. Previously <br />distributed to you were a draft Resolution and a new concept design from SEH. (If you need <br />another copy of either of these items, please let me know.) While you have received these items, <br />as a Council you have not yet had the opportunity to discuss them and provide feedback. Both <br />items represent efforts to capture discussions to date, public input, and engineering information. <br /> <br />) <br /> <br />As you know, the goal is to determine a preferred concept that can be used to proceed with <br />predesign work. Determining a preferred concept also allows us to communicate an official City <br />position to MnDOT, Ramsey County, neighboring communities, and our residents. <br /> <br />If you agree on a preferred option, then at a subsequent Council meeting we will be presenting an <br />amendment to the PDA and a Resolution regarding reimbursement for predesign funds, both <br />substantially similar to the actions you took relating to County Road H. <br /> <br />\\metro~inet'urrdenhi11s\Admin\City Administrator\Memo\2007\5-14-07 Memo RE Highway 10 & 96.doc <br />
