The City, acting as the Responsible Governmental Unit (RGU) has <br />elected to conduct an Alternative Urban Areawide Review (AUAR) to comply with the EQB's <br />requirements and has hired SRF Consulting, Inc. to assist the City in preparing the AUAR. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Nancy Frick of SRF will be presenting an overview ofthe AUAR process at the Council Work <br />Session: discussing the purpose, requirements, mitigation, and a detailed timeline. Nancy will <br />also provide copies of a completed AUAR as an example ofthe finished product. <br /> <br />In anticipation ofthe AUAR kick-off, staff distributed a memorandum to Council on May 8, <br />2007 summarizing the AUAR process and requirements.
