I\~ n <br />Michelle Wolfe, City Administrator ~ <br />City Hall Repairs <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br /> <br />As Council knows, we recently reached a settlement regarding the City Hall. And, we recently <br />completed repairs to the chinmey. Building Official Dave Scherbel has worked with the Finance <br />Department to compute our costs to-date relating to the City Hall construction. This information <br />is cumulative from 200 I until present. The data is attached for your reference. <br /> <br />There are still repairs needed for the building. The fIrm of Wiss, J armey, Elstner Associates Inc. <br />(WJE) has prepared the attached report to outline the needed repairs and options. Brian Pashina <br />of WJE will be present on Monday evening to review his report with you. At that time, he will <br />also have cost estimates. <br /> <br />At this time, the City needs to determine which options to pursue in terms of the additional <br />needed repairs.
